Standard Contract Terms

These Standard Contract Terms govern the contractual relationship between Coptonix GmbH and its customers.

Any general terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply, even if Coptonix GmbH does not expressly object to them. Such terms shall only apply if expressly accepted by Coptonix GmbH in writing.

German law shall apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with the contractual relationship between the customer and Coptonix GmbH shall be the competent courts of Berlin, Germany.
